Kisu in Cottbus

Positive in advance, with the food there was nothing to complain about, with one exception. On recommendation, we ordered sushi there in early January. I immediately took orders for my neighborhood and wanted to distribute them afterwards, as there is no delivery service in the area. Said and done. Ordered in the morning and picked up in the evening. When I got home, I was very disappointed. The packaging was only sparsely labeled and then most of the dishes ordered were packed together in large boxes. Partly squeezed correctly. We then tried to put the individual orders on plates using the online map in order to deliver the sushi they had ordered to the neighbors, which was difficult for us. After what felt like an eternity, it turned out that orders worth around 20 euros were not even packed. In addition, the lettuce was at the end of its life expectancy and some of it already contained rotten leaves. And wasabi was maybe an espresso spoon full for the amount we ordered. In return, the amount of soy sauce was very generous. In my opinion, completely wrongly planned. All in all a letdown and it was the first and last time we ordered there.

Kidding! Waited 3 hours, called several times and ultimately got no food.

We have ordered several times for delivery at Kisu, the food on site is even better! Great service, good food and nice atmosphere.

Very friendly service and the food is delicious. Sometimes you have to wait a little too long for drinks. Otherwise absolutely to be recommended!

We had to wait at least 20 minutes in the entrance area alone. After the seat has been assigned to us, we are waiting for our meal for over 1 1/2 hours at the moment I write this. Besides, it's way too warm here

Our food (2 plates of sushi) took over an hour to arrive. The food was delicious and they gave us a beer on the house. But then they explained that they had many Lieferando orders (Can't these be declined when the restaurant is packed? Otherwise both the restaurant visitors and the Lieferando customers are stuck waiting) and they were serving a table of 18 people which is against Brandenburg's rules for restaurants during the pandemic: "(2) Abweichend von Absatz 1 und unbeschadet von § 1 Absatz 2 Satz 2 Nummer 1 dürfen bis zu sechs Personen ohne Einhaltung des Mindestabstands von 1,5 Metern an einem Tisch sitzen."

It was wonderful here again. Food delicious as always. And the BEST service was again Nick. Open, honest and super friendly, as always. And great food and drink recommendations. What would the store be without him;)

Here you can find by far the best sushi in Cottbus and the surrounding area. Every meal is almost a small work of art and it just always tastes good. The restaurant is nicely decorated, staff very friendly. Everything is just right here. The delivery service is also very good. The ordered food always arrives fresh and safely packed.

Great address. Wonderful food, great service and a pleasant atmosphere. We love to come back and keep trying our way through the menu.

This time we went to KISU for lunch and usually order takeaway in the evening. Instead of the classic (incredibly delicious) sushi, I had a "normal" dish consisting of salmon, vegetables and rice. That also tasted great. It sometimes takes a little longer to get your food, but everything is freshly made and you can taste it. So that doesn't bother me at all and I recommend everyone to take a look around outside of sushi. Worth it!

The ambience is very nice and the food tastes great (was there with 2 Japanese). Rarely have I experienced such excellent service. When the house is full you have to expect a waiting time, but the wait is definitely worth it.

Food is delicious! Otherwise we come regularly. However, the last times it took too long until the food was there! We recently had to wait again for over an hour and 30 minutes. You honestly think about coming back next time! Very annoying ?

Once more we had an appetite for Japanese cuisine and found in Cottbus, as we were on a short vacation here, the KISU, both cuisine and service were top, great salmon tartare and sushi. Keep it up. ???

A lovingly furnished restaurant with very tasty dishes. The service is friendly and the food always comes quickly. So far it has always tasted very good and has always been served very lovingly and professionally. My absolute favorite restaurant.

I don't really like Asian cuisine, but at KISU I was taught better. The food here is just "really big cinema" and we were very satisfied. It tastes very delicious here and it is also very appealing and creatively arranged. Despite long waiting times, which is normal for a full restaurant and when preparing fresh products, we had a wonderful evening at the KISU. Our conclusion 1A restaurant which we can only recommend and we have already planned our next visit.

Very good sushi. But we had to wait 1 hour for the food. Another negative was that we should be charged 4 euros surcharge per serving for a change.

Very good food and not very expensive. Although not a cheap choice. Staff speaks English and the menu is in German and English too.
